Shipping Policy
When our store is closed there will be notice at the top of our website clearly stating so, as well as when we will re-open. During this time all shipping is delayed until we reopen
Please note. Some Manufacturers have extremely high rates for small orders. If you try checking out and you are unable to ship to the address you entered, and your order is under 50$ please understand that this may be the case. Reach out to us through the chat if that might be the issue to see what we can do.
We ship from our warehouse in Lakewood, NJ, or dropship straight from the manufacturers. We only ship to the US lower 48 States. We only ship to US addresses that can be accessed by UPS and FedEx. Unfortunately we don't ship to PO Boxes.
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will notify you if there are significant delays.
Items that are drop shipped straight form the manufacturer are subject to manufacturer inventory. We try as best we can to have you informed about expected lead times. These changes occur on a regular basis. We do the best we can.
We are subject to whatever delays happen with UPS and FedEx. If there are strikes at these companies, our shipping can be delayed.
Shipping Times
Cutoff times for express and same day shipping are as follows;
- If your order is placed before 12pm EST, it will be shipped the same day as long as it is in stock by us or the manufacturer. If not in stock you will be notified as quickly as we can.
- If it is placed after 12pm EST, we will do our best to have it shipped that day, if not, it will be shipped the next business day
A business day is any day that the courier company operates for the chosen shipping method. The first day the order ships DO NOT count as a business day. One business day is next day service.
- FedEx, UPS ground, and express are open Monday to Friday. Saturday is not counted when calculating business days.
- Orders placed on any business day after 12PM EST is like the order was made next business day.
Here are some examples:
A) If an order is shipped Monday with UPS, FedEx:
- 1 Business Day: delivered on Tuesday
- 2 Business Days: delivered on Wednesday
- 3 Business Days: delivered on Thursday
- 4 Business Days: delivered on Friday
- 5 Business Days: delivered the following Monday (Since Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
B) If an order is shipped Wednesday with UPS, FedEx:
- 1 Business Day: delivered on Thursday
- 2 Business Days: delivered on Friday
- 3 Business Days: delivered the following Monday(Since Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
- 4 Business Days: delivered the following Tuesday (Since Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
- 5 Business Days: delivered the following Wednesday (Since Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
C) If an order is shipped Thursday with UPS, FedEx:
- 1 Business Day: delivered on Friday
- 2 Business Days: delivered the following Monday (Since Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
- 3 Business Days: delivered the following Tuesday (Since Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
- 4 Business Days: delivered the following Wednesday (Since Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
- 5 Business Days: delivered the following Thursday (Since Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
Next Day Air 2nd Day Air Shipping Policy Warning:
For shipments utilizing UPS or FedEx Next day air and 2-day air services, please be advised of the following:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, shipments sent via UPS or FedEx Next day air and 2-day air are subject to the policies and regulations set forth by the respective shipping carriers. In the event that a shipment does not arrive within the specified timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events deemed non-refundable by the carrier, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or compensation for delayed deliveries. Any refunds or deductions are based solely on what the carrier will reimburse us.
It is important to note that UPS and FedEx have their own terms and conditions regarding shipping delays and refunds, which may vary depending on the circumstances of each situation. We recommend reviewing the carrier's policies directly for further information.

Holiday and delivery delays can impact delivery times.
The times posted at checkout are not exact, depending on your location, and where the item is shipping from.
We offer same day shipping on hundreds of products that we carry in store if ordered before 3PM EST Monday-Thursday (after 3PM or Friday-Sunday are shipped Monday, or the first business day after).
Shipping Pricing
Some manufacturers have very competitive shipping rates, and allow us to extend free freight on orders depending on the order amount. Some as low as 200$ get free freight (GM Lighting), some 499$ (RAB, Arlington, Goodlite), and some, unfortunately are high at 1500$.
Please note if the item is not in stock we will have it the next business day and ship out.
Please note when choosing express 2 days shipping from GM Lighting, 2 day shipping means 2 business days after the carrier gets the package. Orders placed before 1PM will be shipped out that day, and arrive 2 business days after. So if an order is placed after 1PM on a business day than the order will be shipped the following business day, and will not arrive until 2 business days after that.
We also offer overnight shipping for these products as well as long as its ordered before 3PM EST Monday-Thursday. If you choose this option at other times we will still overnight but the next business day, unless we are told not to.
Local Pickup/Delivery
We offer local pickup for free, as long as we stock the item. If item isn't in stock we will try to accommodate you with the best match, or freight will be charged if we are charged from manufacturers
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for orders over 750$ if delivery is with in 10 Miles of our store. Minimum order for local deliveries is 400$ with a 15$ shipping fee (above 750$ is free delivery).
Delayed Shipping
Please note. In certain cases where orders are flagged as fraud we delay shipping until we can confirm the order as safe. We will contact the customer as well as sometimes ask for a credit card authorization form and a picture of there Photo ID. This form protects our business from fraud related chargebacks. As it allows us to show the Credit Card company it was a valid order.
